Course Registration
Restricted-course applicants provide agency and supervisor information for eligibility verification before final payment.
Applicants under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian who will sign the waiver, attend the course and remain on site. Full payment is normally required; agency purchase-order arrangements may conditionally reserve a seat.
